Wow! Momo restaurant is a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or an Indian fast food chain of restaurants based out of Kolkata, West Bengal. This eatery specialises in producing momos, known as dumplings which are very much popular in Tibet, Nepal and India.

The company was established by SagarDaryani and BinodHomagai in 2008. They are friends and also alumni students of St. Xavier’s college in Kolkata. Wow! Momo has now expanded to cities such as Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Lucknow and many more. As of 2018 Wow! Momo has opened over 200+ outlets across 13 cities across the country.

In 2008, Wow! Momo started out its business with an initial investment of Rs.30,000. The two founder members of the company started selling momos in Springdale Spencer through a 6 by 6 kiosk. The first few initial kiosks were installed inside Big Bazaar and Spencer’s hypermarkets in Kolkata. This laid the foundation of setting up Wow! Momo food outlets in different malls, tech parks and other commercial locations.

The company’s mantra for success is to constantly create innovative products. SagarDaryani and BinodHomagai’s mission is to make their fast food product for all occasions and create a niche market for everyone

By registering, you certify that all information you provide, now or in the future, is accurate. WOW! Momo Dealer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny you access to this website or any portion thereof without notice for the following reasons

WOW! Momo Dealer, hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to access WOW! COPYRIGHT & NO RETRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION:

WOW! Momo Dealer as well as the design and information contained in this site is valuable and exclusive property of WOW! Momo Dealer, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning any such ownership rights to you or any other person or entity.

All stock call information on WOW! Momo Dealer is the proprietary and confidential property of WOW! Momo Dealer and cannot be repeated for any reason outside WOW! Momo Dealer. You agree not to repeat or rebroadcast in any way any of the stock call information made on WOW! Momo Dealer for any reason whatsoever. You agree that if you do repeat or re-post any of WOW! Momo Dealer calls by any means, you will be liable for actual and punitive damages as determined by WOW! Momo Dealer and additional damages to be determined by a Indian court of Law You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast or transfer the information or use the information in a searchable, machine-readable database unless separately and specifically authorized in writing by WOW! Momo Dealer prior to such use.

You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publish, adapt, store or time-share WOW! Momo Dealer, any part thereof, or any of the information received or accessed therefrom to or through any other person or entity unless separately and specifically authorized in writing by WOW! Momo Dealer prior to such use.

In addition, you may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, legal or proprietary notices in or on any portions of WOW! TERMINATION:

This User Agreement and the license rights granted hereunder shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated or canceled for any of the following reasons:

• 1. immediately by WOW! Momo Dealer for any unauthorized access or use by you
• 2. immediately by WOW! Momo Dealer if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this Agreement;
• 3. immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which WOW! Momo Dealer may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to WOW! Momo Dealer. Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this User Agreement, the fee charged if any for access to WOW! Momo Dealer is non-refundable for any reason.

JURISDICTION:

The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Indore, INDIA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph
